Know what the monthly price covers.
You pay for your domain separately. Any existing giving, video, email, or other provider fees remain yours. Custom integrations, major content work, and additional ongoing publishing are agreed separately before work begins.

I gather the useful material, organize it into the website, and send you a private preview. You check the wording, details, design, and chosen features.

We confirm the monthly price and launch details. I handle setup, help connect your domain, and show you how to use your church manager.
Requesting a preview does not start a subscription. Your current website stays in place while you review.

Sign in with a code sent to your email, make the change, review it, and publish it to your church’s website. Your access is tied to your own church.

You can ask anything else with your preview request.
Is setup really free?
Yes. The standard church website has no setup fee. The monthly price covers your selected website features, hosting, routine platform maintenance, and manager access. Any work outside that scope is discussed and priced before you agree to it.
Do we need an existing website?
No. Share your church name, location, service times, beliefs, ministries, and any logo or photos you have. You can upload a file or ZIP folder, or send a shared-folder link. Start with what you have; I can follow up for missing information.
Can you use our existing website?
Yes. Send its address and I can review the pages, church information, and available assets for your preview. You identify anything outdated and confirm permission to reuse the material. Your own wording is preserved where it matters, especially doctrine and Scripture.
What design choices do we have?
The church system offers Heritage Editorial, Warm Fellowship, and Bold Mission themes, with different layout choices. You can compare the designs using the same church content. Design choices do not add to the monthly price.
Do we pay before seeing our church’s preview?
No. The preview request does not require payment details or begin billing. We confirm the selected features, final monthly price, and launch arrangement after you review the preview.
What happens to our domain and old website?
The church keeps its domain account and pays its domain renewal. When you approve the new website, I help arrange the connection and check important old links. The old website remains in place during the preview and review.
Can we add or remove features later?
Yes. Tell me which sections you want to change, and we confirm the price and content implications before changing the website. The everyday manager shows the sections available to your church. Existing content is reviewed before anything is removed.
How are files and personal information handled?
Use the intake for church website material and your contact details. Please leave out passwords, membership lists, private prayer requests, and financial records. I use the material to review your request and prepare the preview; submitting it does not authorize publication.
