Contractor website design

Contractor website design that makes your work clear.

I plan, design, and build contractor websites that explain your services, show relevant work, and make it straightforward for customers to contact you. For a redesign, I also review the existing pages and search performance before deciding what to keep or change.

01 Explain the work

Clear pages for your important services.

02 Show relevant projects

Real photographs with useful context.

03 Make contact easy

A clear next step on desktop and mobile.

Your customers’ questions

Give customers a reason to look beyond the homepage.

I build the site around the questions people ask before they trust a contractor with their property and project.

Do you do the work I need?

Service pages explain what you offer, the kinds of projects you take on, and what customers need to know before requesting an estimate.

  • Service descriptions
  • Relevant project links
  • Answers to common questions

Have you done work like mine?

Project pages pair photographs with the work performed and useful context. They help customers understand more than a gallery alone.

  • Project type and scope
  • Real photographs
  • Links to the related service

Do you serve my area?

I make your service area easy to find and connect it to the services and work examples that matter to local customers.

  • Accurate coverage
  • Practical service limits
  • Location details where useful

Why would I trust you?

I organize actual reviews, relevant credentials, company information, and your working process so customers can evaluate the business.

  • Customer reviews
  • Credentials where applicable
  • Who does the work

What will working with you involve?

Your process page and FAQs can explain the steps from inquiry to completed work, including what the customer needs to prepare.

  • Estimate process
  • Project preparation
  • Communication expectations

How do I get started?

I make phone, email, and project-inquiry options easy to use, with questions that help you understand the request without overwhelming the visitor.

  • Mobile contact options
  • Project and location details
  • Clear next steps
What I do

Planning, writing, design, and build—connected.

Your proposal identifies the pages and features, what I will create, and the information you will supply.

A page plan

I organize your services, work examples, company information, service area, and contact options so visitors can find what matters.

Clear writing

The agreed writing turns your knowledge into understandable service descriptions, project stories, and answers to customer questions.

Desktop and mobile design

I design and build the pages around your brand, photographs, and content, with readable layouts and usable navigation.

A careful launch

For a redesign, I review existing pages and URLs. Launch work includes the agreed link, contact, tracking, and search-setting checks.

Replacing an existing website

Keep useful pages in the redesign plan.

A new design does not mean starting from nothing. I review existing URLs, useful content, available search performance, and important features before replacing the site.

Pages that still answer a valuable customer need can be kept or rebuilt. If a URL changes, I plan an appropriate redirect rather than sending unrelated pages to the homepage.

01

Existing pages Identify what customers and search engines already use.

02

New content Add the services, projects, and answers the business needs now.

03

URL changes Map changed addresses to the closest relevant destination.

04

Launch checks Review pages, links, contact options, and search settings.

Working process

From your business to a finished website.

You do not need to arrive with a completed website brief. We start with your services, customers, and goals.

01 · DISCUSS

Your business

Tell me what you do, who you want to reach, and what you need from your website.

02 · PLAN

Pages and content

I organize the pages, writing, features, and existing-site changes into a project plan.

03 · CREATE

Design and build

I write and build the agreed pages, with opportunities to review the content and design.

04 · CHECK

Launch and handoff

I check the desktop and mobile site, links, contact options, and agreed search settings before launch.

Common questions

Questions about your contractor website.

Practical details to help you decide whether to start a project.

Can you write the website content?

Yes. Content planning and writing can be included in your website project. The proposal identifies the pages I will write and the business information, photographs, and reviews I need from you. You review the facts before publication.

How much does a website cost?

I price website work around the project rather than a fixed page package. The page count, writing, design, features, existing-site changes, and platform affect the cost. Tell me what you need so I can outline the work and explain the project and recurring costs.

What will I own and have access to?

Before you commit, I explain the domain, website platform, accounts, content, and media involved, including administrator access and any recurring costs or platform limitations. The proposal records the ownership and handoff arrangements for your project.

What happens after the website launches?

I complete the agreed launch checks and handoff. Ongoing SEO, new content, updates, and support are separate from the initial build; we discuss what you will handle and what additional work you need.
