Business websites and SEO

SEO and website design for your business.

I help businesses and organizations explain what they offer through clear websites and useful search content. We can work on a new website, a redesign, or SEO improvements to the site you already have. My main focus is project-based contractors, and I also consider other good-fit projects.

01 Website design

Plan, write, design, and build the agreed pages.

02 SEO

Improve useful content, internal links, and technical foundations.

03 Clear scope

Agree deliverables, responsibilities, and ongoing costs.

Reasons to get in touch

Where does the website fall short?

You do not need to know the technical solution before we speak. These are common starting points.

Your services are hard to understand.

Visitors cannot tell what you do, who the work is for, where you work, or how to begin.

The site needs a new direction.

A new business, changed services, outdated design, or difficult platform makes a new site or careful redesign worth discussing.

Search visitors need better answers.

Pages receive attention but do not explain the service, process, proof, or next step well enough.

What the work can include

Website design and SEO, connected to a real business.

I start by understanding your services, customers, existing website, and the searches that matter to the business. The agreed project may include page planning, writing, design, build work, content improvements, internal links, and technical SEO checks.

“Internet marketing” here means those website and organic-search services—not a full-service advertising agency. I do not set up or manage ad campaigns. The proposal identifies the actual deliverables, client inputs, platform costs, and any ongoing work.

Who I work with

Focused expertise, without a narrow door.

Construction and property businesses are my main focus. Other organizations with a clear website or SEO need are welcome to ask about fit.

Project-based contractors

Other good-fit businesses

If your offer is specialized or hard to explain, we can discuss a website or SEO scope around the questions your customers really ask. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing businesses are outside my current scope.

Common questions

Questions before you get in touch.

A first conversation helps establish fit and a sensible starting point.

Do I need an existing website?

No. I can plan and build a new website, or improve a site you already have. If you have a current site, send its URL so I can understand what should be kept or changed.

Can you help with SEO without rebuilding the site?

Often, yes. I first review the site and available search data. If its platform and structure support useful improvements, content and technical SEO may be the better first step.

Do you work outside construction or Vermont?

Yes, I consider other good-fit business and organization projects, including remote work. My main focus is project-based contractors; HVAC, electrical, and plumbing businesses are outside my current scope.

What about advertising or social-media management?

I offer website design, website content, and SEO. Advertising campaign setup or management and ongoing social-media management are not part of this offer.

What should I send, and how is pricing decided?

Tell me what your business does, who its customers are, where it serves them, the current website if any, and what is not working. I outline a scope and explain project work, client inputs, platform costs, and any optional ongoing work.
